This one was photographed hand held from the boat. I was able to make numerous images of this as it was used to the boat and we were able to approach it close. One more tip for shooting from the boat - Always use AF Servo mode when you are shooting while the boat is moving as the distance to the subject will always be changing because of the boat movement.
